Delivery and returns

Your orders are prepared with the greatest care by our logistics partner. We have entrusted the sending of your orders to an "Adapted Company", with strong and lasting values, particularly committed to the development of people with disabilities by promoting their integration into the world of work.

Packages are generally shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. They are shipped via Colissimo (without signature, except for international), Mondial Relay or Chronopost depending on your chosen.

Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online, or you will find the information in My Account.


What are the delivery times ?

It all depends on where you want your order to be delivered as well as the delivery method chosen. For an order placed with Colissimo in France, delivery times are normally 2 to 4 working days with tracking possible on the post office website. With international Colissimo, it takes between 10 to 15 days depending on the destination country. For an order placed with Mondial Relay (only available in France) allow between 3 to 4 working days. Please add a mobile phone number to your delivery details in your My Account space when entering your order on our website. This will allow the carrier to inform you of the different stages in the delivery of your package.

How to track my order ?

You can track your packages on the carriers' websites by indicating your tracking number which you will find in the "My Account" or, "OrderHistory" sections, or in the order shipping confirmation email sent to you .

How are delivery costs calculated?

shipping France: 

For all orders over €69 in France (excl.overseas territories), Free delivery with Mondial Relay. 

For any order less than €69 in France (excl.overseas territories), fixed delivery costs are:

€5.90 with Mondial Relay France

 €7.90 with Colissimo

€12.90 with Chronopost

French Overseas Territories and other countries: 

Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the geographic area of delivery. At the end of the order process, such costs are automatically added to your order.

Customs fees are not included and are at the buyer's expense if any. Deliveries in French overseas territories and in other countries than France are with Colissimo International only.

For French overseas territories, please enter the country of destination, and not FRANCE which relates here to mainland France. Deliveries will be with Colissimo International only.

For some countries, delivery can also be proposed with Mondial Relay : Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria.

We deliver to most countries.

If your country is not displayed as an option when you choose your delivery method, this means that unfortunately, we are not yet able to deliver to this country.


I have received a defective, broken, damaged or incorrect item?

We are sorry for that. We will reship this item as quickly as possible.

You can also report your problem by email at by attaching a photo of the item and describing your problem, or you can use the form contact us

You will then need to return your product in its packaging no later than 14 days after receipt. Returned products must be in original condition, with their original packaging.

Upon receipt of the product, and after checking it, we will reship the product or reimburse it (excluding return costs which you remain responsible for) which can be done within 14 days.

My package arrives damaged

You have the option to refuse delivery. The order will be returned to us and we will reship it.

I don't like the product I have received

You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Please fill in the withdrawal form that you will find in the General Conditions of Sale in (Appendix 1).

You will then need to return your product in its original condition, with its original packaging.

Upon receipt, and after checking the product, we will reimburse your order (excluding return costs which you remain responsible).
