The workshop that creates these small crosses specializes in making hanging decorations. Each decoration is meticulously handcrafted, and the time required for each piece reflects its unique quality.

For over 30 years, the workshop has been partnering with a small charity organization located in Thailand that helps women find gainful employment within their rural community, rather than leaving their families to work in cities.

Currently, around 200 women work from home to assemble and sew these decorations. The workshop takes pride in being a member of the BAFTS (British Association of Fair Trade Suppliers) and supports the 10 principles of fair trade, as outlined by the World Fair Trade Organization.
