More about the craftsmanship:
The workshop specializing in the production of these small crosses has a passion for creating hanging decorations. All these decorations are meticulously handcrafted, and the time spent on each of them reflects their unique quality.
For over 30 years, the workshop has been collaborating with a small charitable organization in Thailand that helps women find lucrative work within their rural communities, preventing them from having to leave their families to work in the cities.
Today, nearly 200 women work from home to assemble and sew these decorations. The workshop proudly holds a membership with the BAFTS (British Association of Fair Trade Suppliers) and supports the 10 principles of fair trade, as indicated by the World Fair Trade Organization.
