The workshop that crafts these small ornaments specializes in creating hanging decorations. All these decorations are handcrafted, and the time required to make each one reflects their unique quality.

For over 30 years, the workshop has partnered with a small charitable organization in Thailand that helps women find lucrative employment within their rural community, allowing them to stay with their families instead of moving to the city for work.

Today, nearly 200 women work from home to assemble and sew these decorations. The workshop is proud to be a member of the BAFTS (British Association of Fair Trade Suppliers) and supports the 10 principles of fair trade, as outlined by the World Fair Trade Organization.
